The rooms are in the street level apartment of my house and I live on the 2nd floor with my family. I have a list of basic rules I would like each guest to honor: - have a cool vibe - clean up after yourself - respectfully share common areas - don’t be too loud, (loud conversations and music is ok sometimes don’t over do it). Conserve energy. Don’t wast water, gas or electricity. No additional overnight guest, there is a fee for that Please always ask if you are unsure of house rules.
